Children often measure life in hours and days, while adults think in years and decades. When you begin counting decades in your professional life, you know you have built something special.

On October 1, 2025, The Clinician eXchange (TCX) celebrates its ten-year anniversary. Looking back, I see countless milestones and challenges, but more than anything, I see people. TCX has always been, at its core, a people business. From the employees who power the engine, to the 19,000+ clinicians who represent our nucleus, to the hundreds of clients who trusted us, every achievement has been fueled by people creating extraordinary experiences that have touched lives around the world.

Healthcare carries the highest stakes. Every decision ultimately affects a patient. That sacred responsibility has guided our work with more than 150 organizations over the past decade. TCX has supported some of healthcare’s most meaningful innovations, whether service based, operational, or product focused, always with the same goal: better care when patients are most vulnerable. The passion of those we have served inspires us to keep raising the bar. To every expert and every client who has placed trust in us: thank you.

To our TCX team, past and present: being a “TCXer” is a badge of honor. It is earned through grit, tenacity, and an unwavering commitment to the mission. Our vision has always been to move healthcare into an experiential age, one where providers, patients, and innovators alike share in the drive for continuous improvement. The TCXers who have carried this mission forward, often quietly and selflessly, have been the heartbeat of our journey.
