Dear friends of TCX,

Eleven years ago, we started The Clinician eXchange with a simple belief: healthcare is better when the people closest to patient care have a voice in shaping what comes next.

Since then, we have grown from a small network of clinicians to more than 20,000 healthcare professionals. We have worked alongside hundreds of organizations, navigated countless challenges, and helped bring clinical expertise into some very important conversations across healthcare and medtech.

There have been plenty of milestones along the way, but what means the most to me are the relationships we have built. The clients who continue to trust us. The clinicians who continue to share their expertise. And of course, the TCX team that continues to show up with curiosity, creativity, and commitment.

As we celebrate 11 years, I am proud of how far we have come, but I am even more excited about where we can go next.

Healthcare continues to evolve, and there will always be new challenges to solve and new ways we can help. We look forward to continuing to listen, learn, and find better ways to serve our clients, our clinical community, and the healthcare industry.
