11 Years with TCX - The Clinician eXchange

Eleven years ago, The Clinician eXchange began with a simple idea: connect healthcare organizations with the clinical expertise they need to make better decisions.

Over the past 11 years, TCX has had the opportunity to work alongside hundreds of medtech, biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations.

11 Years of Learning, Adapting, and Moving Forward

Healthcare has changed considerably since TCX was founded in 2015.

The people involved in healthcare decisions have expanded. Clinical and operational considerations have become increasingly interconnected. Medtech companies are being asked to understand not only what clinicians want, but how products fit into the realities of patient care, hospital operations, value analysis, and the broader healthcare environment.

Our work has evolved with those changes.

Today, TCX brings clinical expertise into conversations across the healthcare product lifecycle, from early ideas and market research to education, commercialization, clinical field support, and value analysis.

Looking Beyond 11 Years

Our 10th anniversary was a moment to reflect on everything we had built and to introduce a renewed mission:

One year later, that mission continues to guide us.

But we also know that the next chapter of healthcare will require us to keep asking what is needed next.

That means continuing to expand our capabilities, developing new ways to connect expertise with opportunity, and finding better ways to help healthcare and medtech organizations navigate complexity.

Something New Is Coming

In the coming months, TCX will introduce a new service designed to extend how we help our clients connect with the people, insights, and expertise they need to move forward. We are not ready to share all the details just yet. But it is a natural next step for TCX and another example of how we continue to listen to the market, learn from our clients and clinical community, and build around what healthcare needs.
